When you sign in with your cloud account, you are creating a local account in your device that is associated with your cloud account. The information collected includes: name, email, profile picture, photo library metadata and access token needed to retrieve updated content. While the app remains opened and if necessary, it will periodically try to refresh the access token in case it gets expired.

You will be able to manually trigger the library sync process at any time by pressing the sync button within the app. This information will be retained on your device until you remove the account from the accounts settings screen or uninstall the app.

In addition to the uses listed in the Privacy Policy, the information that you provided is used so you can:

• Easily identify your account - The app displays your username or email and profile picture to ensure that you're aware of which account is being used and clearly distinguish between other authenticated accounts. You can change the displayed name from the account's settings screen at any time.
• Browse your photo library - Your photo library is displayed in an organized way allowing you to easily browse it's content such as albums, photos and videos.
• Set up a screensaver - Depending on the version of the app and the device you're on, you might be able to setup the screen saver feature to show your albums when the tv goes into standby mode.

• Account information: For security reasons this information is stored encrypted on your device. The information includes: name, email, profile picture and access token required to access the photo library.
• Photo library metadata: This information is stored in a private database on your device's internal memory. This information is required to retrieve your library content such as albums, photos and videos. The information includes: id, title, type, description and urls needed to display the content.
• Media preview: Photos and videos can be cached temporarily by the app in order to enhance the user experience. This data gets cleared after a short period of time and will never be stored permanently.

The personal information you provide to the app is stored locally on your device and will not be shared with anyone.
